Our Neighborhood Center is a wonderful Event Venue where you can host many parties, weddings, get togethers, reunions, funeral services, etc. It can hold around 266 people.
The Neighborhood Center is $250 to rent for the whole day.
There are separate bathrooms, kitchen area does include 2 stoves & microwave, plenty of counter space, plugs, a fridge and two sinks.
If you are wanting to have alcohol at your event please fill out the alcohol form in the packet. I will need to know who you are having as your 3rd party to serve the alcohol. They must fill out a form from the Alcohol & Tobacco Commission, I will need the approved stamped form. Then it goes to the Board of Works Meeting to be approved, this is all due to the event being held in a city building.
Payment is due before your event, two weeks after booking confirmation date. We must have the payment and application within those two weeks after booking, if not, the date will be released for someone else to book. Can be a che
